What the $99 trip fee covers
The drive out, the on-site diagnostic, and the written quote. We come out, walk the project, take measurements, and send a written scope — the fee is charged once a job is approved, never to learn what something might cost.
What the $59.99/hr covers
Time on tools, per technician. Each tech on site bills their own hourly — a 2-hour job with one tech is 2 tech-hours; a 2-hour job with two techs is 4 tech-hours. The hourly rate does not roll into or replace the trip fee.
How estimates work
Every estimate is free, on-site, and written. We come to the project before any charge — the trip fee is only charged when a job is accepted and work begins.
